Dry Pro Cast Covers are summer savers! If you have a broken arm or leg, these waterproof cast covers allow you to bathe and swim without worry.

These waterproof protectors are made of durable high quality surgical latex and can fit arms and legs of all sizes.

Our knowledgeable staff will assist in finding the right size and demonstrate how the vacuum seal works.

Once fitted properly, the cast cover is completely watertight and can't even be pulled off.

Ear Band-its and Putty Buddies Ear Plugs

We carry doctor recommended Ear Band-its and Putty Buddies, an effective system for preventing swimmers ear. Ear Band-its are colorful neoprene headbands designed for swimmers to hold earplugs in and keep water out. While the Ear Band-it is not waterproof on its own, worn in conjuction with the ear plugs Putty Buddies, it will keep the majority of water out of the ear canal. Putty Buddies are colorful silicone ear plugs which are soft and moldable for a comfortable fit and can be purchased seperatley or with the band. Great product for swimmers!

We carry and assortment of UV resistant sun hats for men, women, and children. Sunday Afternoons, a northwest company has been designing and selling certified sun fabrics for almost 20 years. The sun hats vary in style and color from broad brimmed woven hats to full coverage adventure hats with neck capes and chin cords. All sun hats are made with breathable fabric or with ventilating mesh panels, can pack flat for travel, and are able to make slight adjustments for size. Sun hats with a UPF (ultraviolet protection factor) rating of 50 can prevent 98% of UV rays. Sunday Afternoons guarantees the sun protective properties of their fabrics to last the life of the garment.

Vanicream Sunscreen and Sun Facts

If you are looking for a recommendation in the sunscreen department, this would be our choice, Vanicream Sport Sunscreen and Vanicream Sunscreen for Sensitive Skin. This sun protectant is a broad spectrum sunscreen blocking out the UVA and UVB rays, without the use of fragrance, dyes, and other irritants. Be sure to apply any sunscreen liberally and often for maximum protection.

Sun Safety Facts

- Apply sun protection 30 minutes before going outside.

- To ensure that you get the full SPF protection of a sunscreen you'll need to apply 1 full oz, about the size of a golf ball. The same amount needs to be reapplied every 2 hours.

- Remember that UV rays can reflect off of sand, snow, concrete and water.

- Take extra precautions if you are on a medication that may cause additional sun sensitivity.
